Our founder, Aormeese Maxwell, recognized that is was going to be difficult getting listings sold, and that prospective buyers were going to have an equally difficult time qualifying for conforming home loans. A new approach was needed if agents were going to survive that challenging period, and if consumers were to find viable home solutions. Aormeese passion for real estate, guided her along a nontraditional REALTOR® career path. Aormeese begin her career as an Elite Exclusive Realtor with DeVoe Broker Associates, where she experienced both leasing and property management, moving on the Coldwell Banker Leasing and Property Management Department Aormeese managed over 200 elite properties in her portfolio alone, it would be only a few years later that she would open a property management company to lease and manage properties. She would later move her license to Southern REO Associates where she would excel in Luxury sales while simultaneously operating her own management company. The management company would quickly grow to an inventory of 100 plus homes where Aormeese would practice a brand of Exclusive property management unique to that industry. It was this unique brand, and the experience that came along with it, that gave life to her vision for a new kind of brokerage.
