JK Engineering was established in 2001 and has grown year on year to be at the forefront of the UK's manufacturing industry. The company's founding aim was to provide a guaranteed rapid turnaround service for the F1 and Medical industry. We have expanded our portfolio to cater for longer-running work, which fits well with the company ethos of autom... ating. JK Engineering was quick to adopt lean manufacturing techniques to exceed the marketplace's requirement for quality, delivery and technical capability, while remaining competitive. Within the factory we have 11 5-Axis machines which, with robot loading, give us the ability to machine with minimal set-up and down time. Our milling work is supported by multi-axis turning machines, EDM machines and a cleaning/assembly room. The company has invested heavily in dynamic people, who take great pride in driving one of the UK's most highly automated factories forward. Whilst growing, the company has ensured the basics are in place, such as climate-controlled factory environment, common work holding/tooling for all machines and automation where possible. JK Engineering is certified as AS9100 and ISO9001 and we see the Aerospace sector as a key growth area.
