The Jireh techniques allow for the client to safely calm down and regain control while at the same time allowing for the preservation of the client's and staff's dignity. The training teaches Prevention, Intervention, De-escalation, Restoration, and Safe Control Techniques for handling Crisis situations that staff may come into contact with on a daily basis. Participants learn Safe "least restrictive" interventions and restraint techniques which are proven to be effective, and humane. Jireh provides Instructor Certifications, Basic Staff Training, and Consulting services. Cost Effective Onsite Training provides each agency with a Tailored training program that meets their needs.
