Born in Denver, CO, Zach is an avid outdoor lover in all seasons, ranging from skiing to camping and more. Always one to try something new and to think a bit differently, Zach had an unconventional career path leading to the mortgage lending business: working at a local restaurant and recreational marijuana dispensary before joining MegaStar in early 2018, thanks to the advice of his Senior Loan Originating mother, Becky Smith, also at MegaStar Financial with Your Ultimate Lending Team. Zach finished his undergraduate degree at the University of Colorado, Boulder with a major in Environmental Studies Natural Resource Focus and a minor in Business Entrepreneurship focus. Zach has been a member of the Ultimate Frisbee community since he was in middle school, and has played in a number of leagues and tournaments throughout the Front Range since, claiming that Ultimate will always be a part of [his] life! There is no other sport or community quite like it, and its only growing in popularity. [He] cant wait to see where the sport goes.
