We understand how much our customers enjoy making bead jewellery and the importance in having the right beads to choose from so we spent many years building up a large range of beads that include Pandora style charm beads, glass beads and genuine Swarovski crystal beads and much more. We are always adding new and existing products to our site to ensure we have the latest styles and that you're never short of new and exciting choices. We wanted to run a successful on line business which provided great beads at good prices whilst making sure excellent customer service is at our core. What this means is that whatever your order size, we believe you always should be 100% happy with your purchase and that if in the unlikely event that you are not we will always endeavour to ensure your complete satisfaction as quickly as possible. Printed Catalogue : We do not produce one! This is because we are constantly updating our stock. The website is upgraded almost daily - to either add new products, remove those that are sold out or to renew images for new deliveries that vary slightly from the previous batch. This gives us the freedom to dynamically alter the product range - so a catalogue would be impossible to maintain. Prices are also kept down as catalogues are expensive to create.
