In December 2002, a silent partner and myself (Charles Huffman), joined force and Jesup Housing, LLC was formed. My housing experience began in the real estate business on July 1978 in Aikens South Carolina until the spring of 1993. Then on April 29, 1993, I began my journey in the manufactured housing industry in Lugoff South Carolina. First as a... salesman, then manager at a single location. on March 16, 1998, I moved back to my home state of Georgia and became manager of three dealerships in Jesup and Hinesville until purchasing a struggling established location in Jesup. 18 months after opening, we moved a half mile to a much larger piece of property that allowed us to expand. Then in the fall of 2007, we opened a second location in Statesboro Georgia. We are blessed to have survived the deepest downturn in the history of our industry while still providing superior service to our customers.
