Highly Engaged Employees

We aggressively invest in professional education, technology applications and familiarization with hardware & software systems, particularly in the chocolate and coffee verticals. Our deep bench of specialized subject matter experts allows us to stay ahead of the latest techniques and master cutting edge equipment in our industries. Why should you... care? Because our deep cross-functional industry expertise allows us to develop timely and actionable capital investment recommendations. So we can accelerate projects and take advantage of other critical opportunities. From the CEO to our most junior staff, we are dedicated to providing the best, most effective solution for your design & build needs. Our projects begin by understanding your business and specific processes, better than any other partner. We take great pride in delivering you tailored solutions that provide the maximum benefit from your capital expenditures. Weve been in the manufacturing business for 80 years. During our first 70 years, we were a general purpose sheet metal contractor, providing manufacturing and maintenance services to a variety of industries from our headquarters in Oakland, California. Weve proudly served organizations throughout the Bay Area ranging from small local businesses to national and international powerhouses like Kraft, Anheuser Busch, and government organizations like the United States Navy. Our diverse history laid the foundation that provides us with the ability to be a world-class partner in the chocolate and coffee industries. Our company is led by our 4th owner, Tom LeClair, and a committed, supporting senior leadership team. Tom's leadership transformed Jerome & Horner from a maintenance and repair company into a full service design & build firm. In the past 10 years, weve become recognized as a leader of design & build services in the chocolate and coffee industries.Read More
