J&E Sheet Metal LLC began operations on Jan. 2nd 2000, and incorporated in 2007. We started with a jump shear and hand brake. However, this did not inhibit our ability to perform larger scale projects. While subcontracting the fabrication out to better equipped companies, we were able to focus on the coordination of the field installations. Guided... by a philosophy where efficiency and the willingness to adapt to the ever changing market, allowed us to compete and even prosper.This would only carry us so far. It was quickly apparent that we needed to invest into our company. We purchased a computerized Plasma layout table, Mechanical shear, Hydraulic benders, larger and faster roll formers, and eventually a coil line. We added newer welding equipment, to advance our capabilities, to include aluminum and stainless. With our fabrication abilities on solid footing, we turned to the office. We were already proficient with computerized drafting. An upgrade to the estimating department happened with the addition of a computerized estimating program. These components were added systematically over time, through disciplined reinvestment in our company. All the while, continuing to hone our skills towards efficiency. Our resume includes schools, retail space, casino, and airport. Over the years, we found our nitch in the build clean ductwork industry. Pharmaceutical, Hospitals, and Electronics have been our main focus. The higher level of coordination required has served us well. Our ability to plan and schedule, coupled with our willingness to adapt and change, is unique. With the focus on planning, mistakes are mitigated. The forward looking approach tends to weed out extras, far in advance, to minimize the impact. Today, we sit proud of our accomplishments, but eager to build upon them.
