JDK Real Estate Group, LLC was formed with the vision to provide clients an all-encompassing real estate firm, offering a full host of professional real estate services. Formed by three RE/MAX Diamond Realty owners, the founding members are John Walker, Dan C. Critcher, Jr., and Ken Walker. In 2009 Dan C. Critcher, Jr. launched JDK Rentals & Proper... ty Management, a division of JDK Real Estate Group, LLC. As the real estate market began to slow with the downturn of the economy there became a growing need in the market for professional property management. Fast-forward to today and JDK Property Management is now managing a real estate portfolio valued at well over $34 million. As a founding partner, Dan has held the position of broker in charge of JDK Real Estate Group since 2009. His vision and uncompromising approach to property management lead the company through the worst real estate market of the decade. Dan began his career in real estate 11 years ago when initially he was focused on real estate sales. He became a top agent in Alamance county and rose to a broker/owner of the Mebane RE/MAX franchise. Since 2009 his focus in real estate has shifted to managing real estate assets for individual owners and investors. Alex joined the JDK management team in 2014. As a recent graduate of The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill he brings a new perspective. His background in marketing has proven fruitful in tenant recruitment as well as in new client development.
