JCS Building Group

JCS Building Group Pty Ltd started operation in October 2008. Jarrod Smith being the director of the company, completed his trade course in carpentry certificate III at Hornsby TAFE from 2002-2004. In this time he started his apprenticeship with Stone Edge Homes building homes and cottages from South Australian Limestone mainly around the Hawkesbur... y District. He then went on to work for Palatial Homes Pty Ltd for another three years where he completed his trade and went on to widen his experience building custom built designer homes as well as widen his knowledge completing his certificate IV in building at Nirimba TAFE. From his wide range of experience ranging from site establishment to job completion Jarrod went on to open JCS Building Group Pty Ltd in mid 2008 targetting smaller jobs such as decks and pergolas outdoor staircases, retaining walls and even rural post and rail fencing. JCS Building Group Pty Ltd is now broadening its horizons taking on work such as bathroom and laundry renovations, small additions and various contracts on new homes for owner builders such as Frame and truss erection, flooring, colorbond roofing, full internal plaster, internal fit out and the lists goes on. JCS Building Group also complete office fit outs. Our largest was doubling Diona Pty Ltd (civil engineering company) upstairs office space from 288m2 to 576m2 including 8 offices 16 work stations, a bathroom with 5 toilets, 4 wash basins and a shower for employees that like to go to the nearby GYM. The renovation well as featuring a also included the building of a second Kitchen to take the load of an expanding company off the first one. Another commercial fit out completed was an office, reception and training room for Pipeline Training Australia, Featuring a folding sound proof wall to divide one large classroom into to two small classrooms with one ceiling mount projector for each room and a sound system that can play sounds from one or both projectors.
