It has imported machinery for Foot Polishing, to avoid any black ring below the wares; Vibromill for rubbing of Bisque-ware to have a smooth product from outside as well as inside, and also Automatic Shaping Machine to make a homogenous Flat Ware. JCPL also has Automatic Computerised Control Firing which, while surveilling consistency in temperature also delivers harmony in wares, and thus ensure, that no two lots have been fired at a different temperature. It has brought-in internationally acclaimed Muffle Tunnel Kiln Technology, for Glost firing, to bring down the black spot problem to zero percent. In its decoration firing, JCPL has innovatively used Roller Head Technology for smooth firing, by indirect heat, so that the impact of its beautiful transfers is retained. At 180 Feet, it has the longest tunnel kiln in India for bisqueting its wares. Having a work force of about 700 people, including highly skilled & semi skilled people, JCPL is always geared upto take new challenges. It also has an In-House facility for making Kiln Furniture, and can produce Tiles & Pillars for captive use, in the Kiln of about 18 Tons a month, which makes it more self sufficient.
