Founded in 2006 by Robert Gothier Jr., J.C. BAR Properties Inc. was built on a foundation of retail development experience with the most recognizedretailers in the Mid-Atlantic region including Giant, CVS/Caremark and others. We specialize in acquisition, entitlement, construction and leasing of newly constructed, redeveloped commercial property as well as property management of existing shopping centers. Today, J.C. BAR has grown to fifteen employees encompassing over 100 years of commercial real estate experience and more than a combined 1 Billion dollars in completed retail and mixed use projects. Collectively, the team prides itself in non-traditional approaches and solutions to all aspects of commercial development in including construction, project management, and tenant representation.
