JBDR (The Company) was formed in 1996 to provide a specific collection service to clients with problematic accounts that had been defined as un-collectable by either in-house activities or by referral through a Prime Debt Agency. The principles of the company were in the main from Prime agency backgrounds and were always very aware of the high perc... entage of failed collection accounts being returned to clients. This clearly presented a business opportunity to re-focus on that which remained uncollected. The growth of the company has remained very consistent, with turnover rising some 45% year on year to date. This in the main is attributable to the development of credit processes within the clients and the focus on maximising the collections within the debt portfolios via outsource. The specialist nature of our collection platform has led to the continuous development of a bespoke software system and training methodologies to achieve mutual commercial goals. The natural evolvement of the company has progressed while the core business remains written off debt. We also recover 2nd and 3rd placement debt on behalf of our clients. Prime Collections was introduced as part of the JB (Ventures) Group in January 2004 and has now established itself in the 1st placement market with particular emphasis on tailor made credit control solutions.
