Founded in 2002, our company continues to expand every year in both office space and team members, as well as within client base and through our range of services. We like to take the creative approach; thinking logically but simply, efficiently but differently. Our many collective years of experience in the construction industry has led to an excellent combination of skillsets and we reject detached, impersonal processes that many larger companies employ. Instead, at JB Associates we work closely with our clients, developing personal relationships for the entire life-cycle of a project and beyond. All of our Project Managers, M&E designers, CAD technicians and Quantity Surveyors offer this creative, tailored approach to their projects. Our philosophy is to work alongside clients, integrating our own staff wherever possible with the client's team and therefore ensuring the formation of strong, personal relationships.
