About Jaspers Cafe
Back in 1976, Jaspers Cafe was offering hot dogs and pies....Mel Sherbourne would travel to the bay area of Northern California to bring back a specific hot dog known as the "Casper Dog"...We serve that dog to this day in our Medford location. 36 years later...Gourmet hamburgers began when current owners John and Janet took over the business on January 1, 2007. At this time Jaspers offers over 40 wild, unique and very creative gourmet and "extreme" gourmet hamburgers. All of their burgers are hand pressed, fresh daily. In Addition, Jaspers has become equally famous for our unique offering of wild game meats....currently including Dakota free range bison, Canadian free range elk, wild boar, Australian Outback wild kangaroo and camel.
