We also distribute your rentals to our Jasnia social pages, and you can request a feed that sends your available listings to your own social pages. Screening services We support whatever service you want to use for your applications and screening. And we suggest services you can integrate with your marketing if you don't have your own already. Rent Collection We have provided online rent payment services since 2005 and provide full customer support for you and your tenants in the program. After 10 years, we have changed processors to utilize the technology advances of Stripe for ease of onboarding new merchants, bank account verification for customers using ACH bank payments, and risk assessment for credit card payments.
