At James Neighborhood Recycling Service, We are doing our part to save the environment through a weekly recycling service that complements recycling offered by local garbage haulers. James is an OFFICIAL independent recycler registered with the City of Portland (www.portlandoregon.gov/bps/article/344867) and the business is licensed through the State of Oregon. James, age 23, was diagnosed with Aspergers syndrome (a form of high-functioning Autism) at age four. He has other special needs too and has been home schooled by a tutor since sixth grade. James has overcome many challenges and is an amazing young man. James has found his passion in protecting the environment and the welfare of animals. James Neighborhood Recycling Service helps James understand the powerful impact that recycling can have, and gives him the opportunity to provide our customers with a meaningful service.
