James Cubitt & Partners was established in 1948 with a London office at 25 Gloucester Place. In addition, we have established local offices abroad in West Africa, North Africa, the Middle East and Australia. We have worked internationally for major clients, successfully completing projects in Europe, Africa, the Middle East, South East Asia, Austra... lasia and the Caribbean. Our clients include: Upjohn Pharmaceuticals, Warner Lambert Pharmaceuticals, Coca Cola, Cummins Engine Company Ltd., Mobil Oil, Shell Oil, as well as numerous educational institutions and government bodies. The senior directors have been with the firm for more than 25 years and are supported by young architects chosen for their design and management skills. The practice has very extensive experience in a wide range of projects: industrial, medical, educational, residential and commercial. We always work in close consultation with the client, particularly in the early stages of a project, in order to define as clearly and completely as possible client needs and aims. We are committed to design solutions which accurately answer client needs, rigorous cost control and completion of construction on time. Our method of work is to designate a team of architects who will be responsible for a project under the leadership of a director. This team will remain constant and will see the project through from preparation of your brief, through design and working drawings and supervision of construction. We have experience of working as lead consultant of a team, when the client prefers a single-point of contact with all the consultants. James Cubitt & Partners has a department with a senior registered CDM Planning Supervisor. Our directors and architectural staff are supported by technicians and administrative staff.
