JAM Hotels is a Hotel Development, Ownership, and Management company. It's principal is Jay "Jimmy" Patel (CEO and President). Jay "Jimmy" is well known throughout the hospitality industry as a leader and inspiration in his field. His notoriety stems from years of hard work and his unique ability to manage and motivate his many employees resulting... in optimum operating results. His active involvement and professional duties include: administration of all officers and staff, as well as all phases of Property Development including: site selection, land-contract negotiation, financing, permitting process plans and specifications; construction, selection of furniture, fixtures and equipment and day-to-day consultation with on-site management. Jay "Jimmy" has been involved with individuals in the hotel business, local chamber of commerce, the local CVB and NC Restaurant Lodging Association. He also currently serves as the Chairman of the Statesville Hotel Owners Association (SHOA). Jay "Jimmy" Patel's best-known work has been with the Owners 8 Association (O8A) and the Asian American Hotel Owners Association, (AAHOA) with which he has been active for several years.
