Federal unemployment insurance benefit of $300 per week for 11 weeks. $15 billion for performance venues, independent movie theaters and other cultural institutions devastated by COVID restrictions. $12 billion in funding for Community Development Financial Institutions (CDFIs) and the creation of the Neighborhood Capital Investment Program to help CDFIs and Minority Depository Institutions to help low-income and minority communities withstand the economic impact of COVID. $69 billion for vaccine distribution and $22 billion for state testing, tracing and mitigation programs.
