This is a full time entry-level position which would be under the direct supervision and mentorship of a senior AACI and CRP. The successful candidate will be focused on a career in valuation and looking to work hard to develop their skills and help us continue to grow the company. Job Responsibilities will include: Market research with respect to rentals and leases, comparable transactions and market trends; Preparing and assisting in the preparation of appraisal reports, market studies and depreciation report; Assisting with a wide variety of valuation assignments under the supervision and mentorship of senior AACI's and CRP's within the office. Valuation assignments may include residential, commercial, industrial and multiple family properties, with the reports completed for financing, expropriation, assessment and property tax, insurance and legal purposes In partnership with the supervision of an AACI, performing property inspections; Working to continually improve the products and services we provide; Client development - building and maintaining strong client relationships throughout a broad spectrum of clients.
