JR Consulting was founded in 1996 by Jaenene Maldonado. Jaenene has over 20 years of experience in Human Resource and Payroll Management and Consulting, including being the owner of her own company for the last fifteen years. Jaenene achieved her PHR designation from the Society of Human Resources in 1997. Our organization has assisted companies in... all aspects of compliance, safety, benefits and payroll administration, workers compensation management, human resource systems and audits. We consult companies from 1 to 2,500 employees in various industries ranging from retail to manufacturing. JR Consulting was contracted for two years by one of the largest garment manufacturers in Los Angeles. During this time, Jaenene served as the interim Director of Human Resources, overseeing three facilities and a workforce of over one thousand employees.
