Mr. Comegys worked in the hair care industry for a short time before realizing the need for hair care distributors in the Southern region of Mississippi (MS). We offer hair care lines such as Avlon/Affirm, Mizani, Syntonics, Vitale, Basic Haircare System, and J C Beauty Supplys own J C Smoothe and Rave Haircare System. Comegys partnered with leading cosmetic experts to develop the J C Smoothe and Rave Haircare Systems In 2008, John Comegys, with the help of his sons Stacy and Travares, started the South MS Beauty Classic. This annual event has quickly become the largest professional hair show in MS. Each year, the event provides the worlds top educators, vendors, and upcoming stylists a platform to promote, educate, and inform the hair care industry. The South Mississippi Beauty Classic is held at the Lake Terrace Convention Center, in Hattiesburg Mississippi annually, every first Sunday and Monday in April.
