We started building our first safe rooms in 1994. We strive to give the best quality at the lowest price possible.We do this by working with our steel suppliers to get the best prices for o... ur materials and controlling cost down to the penny at our work shops. All of our products come with a ten year warranty. The safe rooms come with a 20 year warranty. We are a custom build shop ... so even though we have several standard sizes available, we also custom build everything from economy storm shelters to group shelters, to high end fall out shelters and every thing in between ..... we can install in the floor of a existing garage or building.... or outside in any location in your yard. we do stand alone safe rooms or on top of your garage slab..... if you can think of a place to put one ... we can design and build it.... ALL OF OUR SHELTERS ARE FEMA 360 COMPLIANT AND WE ARE REGISTERED WITH FEMA AND OKLAHOMA EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT FIRST TIME IN 2000 AND AGAIN IN 2012 . ALL OF OUR SHELTERS ARE A MINIMUM OF 1/4 INCH THICK STEEL AND OUR LOCKING PINS ARE A MININIMUM OF 1 INCH THICK. we are open Monday thru Friday 8:00 am to 6:00 pm and Saturdays 9:00 am to 5:00 pm thanks so much for looking .......
