ITC Multimedia usually distribute its products through a network of resellers and wholesalers specialized in IT and videogames. Any registration and website access request must be done only via our online form. We reserve ourselves to refuse any registration request without reason. Three first orders must be paid in advance. Any credit line request... or payment terms change must be requested by email to our accounting department. Any online order is considered as confirmative and valid. Resellers is responsible for ordered products and must be informed enough about those products. In case of doubt regarding price or stock availibility, please contact us. Excepted for pickup orders at our warehouse, delivery of order are subject to transport cost. Our flat fee is setup at 15€ excl.VAT. This fee may vary depending of number of cartons, weight or volume. A pallet delivery in Belgium/Lux cost 30€/pallet.
