Two main consultants, Liam Brady Managing Director and Matt Petersen Senior IT Consultant have a combined experience of over 40 years. We bring enterprise level experience and capability to small and medium business. We offer desktop, server, networking, security, VOIP services and cloud deployment and migrations to businesses across Greater Wellin... gton. Our customers typically range from 1-to-100 users across a range of industries. These include legal, health, government and local body, construction and accounting. The IT Works team has strong server, virtualisation and networking experience. Our staff hold a number of advanced industry certifications. We can provide support and deployment services nationwide. We look after your data and run your services on a system called Hybrid Cloud, in which your data resides both on your premises and on remote, or cloud, computers. We believe the hybrid model beats committing all your data to storage on your premises or betting the farm on the cloud. IT Works offers two support models: ad hoc or contracted. In the former, we respond when you call. In the latter, we're on the job before you realise that you may have a problem. We try to respond to ad hoc requests on the same day but do give priority to our contracted customers. We usually hold configuration information and documentation for contract customers. For them we initiate maintenance work and provide Managed Server, Managed Desktop, Managed Backup and Managed Internet/Security services. We monitor their systems remotely 24x7 to allow them uninterrupted availability to IT infrastructure and services. We often fix problems before the customers are aware of them.
