Bills email came late in the evening and when I replied I was sure to mention that I appreciated how quickly he answered my question and that I hoped wed be able to set up an appointment the next business day. As a partner in a family business myself I recognize that work goes on far past business hours and I wanted to show respect that I recognized and could empathize with finding a work/home balance. When Bill arrived to measure my windows, I couldnt help but smile; he was as down-to-earth and amiable as he sounded on the phone and via email. Throughout the process of suite renovations I have been in touch with several different businesses. Despite a busy season, Bill and Island Breeze treated me with respect and were honest with manufacturing and installation timelines.
