We were very pleased with their work. When we decided to put a sprinkler system in our back yard this year, we called Jeff again. He and his very capable crew did another great job. Not only do they do a great job of installation they are available to answer questions and make any adjustment you may have. We gladly recommend Jeff Lord and Irrigation Concepts for any work of this type. My irrigation system was installed by this company about 20 years ago. The system has performed perfectly and has only needed to have the sprinklers adjusted as the plants grew bigger. Jeff and Lesa have always provided extraordinary service and support. When I got my irrigation system installed 5 years ago, I got estimates from 3 different companies. Learned from the estimates that there are many ways to set up a sprinkler system. For the same cost as others, Irrigation Concepts specd out a system with minimal water waste/overlap and a zone layout that made sense for the various plants and light conditions in my yard. And he did this with top quality components. Since then Ive used Irrigation concepts to add to my drainage system, which has also worked well. They come out about once a year to inspect my sprinkler system (replace/adjust and poor functioning heads, etc) and thats all my system has needed. Cant recommend them enough. Such amazing people.
