Ironcore was created in 2008 by two former, long-term Fiserv data center employees who recognized a need for affordable hosted technology services at the community bank level. The facility includes a large industrial generator, UPS systems, redundant hardware, with appropriate power and cooling equipment. Data backed up to the the Ironcore data center is synchronously replicated to redundant systems to prevent a single point of failure. The company also utilize a contingency site located in Phoenix, AZ where backup hardware is located along with an additional copy of your encrypted data. A network monitoring system has been designed to email, text-message or voice mail alerts to the company's engineers 24/7/365 in the event of a system problem.
