Our staff focus on meeting the individual needs of our students first and operate from a student centred model of instruction. We believe in a holistic approach to education and supporting our students' individual learning needs. We continually focus on implementing the best instructional practices available to successfully engage students in meeti... ng the curriculum outline in the Alberta Program of Studies. Iron River staff are also committed to the implementation of a school wide Moral Intelligence program that our student leadership group helps support. At Iron River School, we value our parent volunteers and community members tremendously. Our School Council is a highly effective team that works cooperatively with our staff to address our students' needs.
