Irinatech is providing a comprehensive MEP Project Management, and Engineering services package to all aspects of the MEP execution Works. Our core responsibility is to provide support to the main contractor in terms of Planning, Engineering, Management and Site supervision, assist and support the main contractor and manage all respective subcontra... ctors (15No's) with all interrelated MEP works including Design, Installation, Testing and Commissioning, Training and Handover, to complete a prestigious infrastructure project valued at approximately QR 5 Billion. Irinatech is also providing full guidance to contractual documentation in all aspects of the project life cycle. Other (KPI's) are advise to the client on weekly monthly basis of all types of risk and uncertainties including Contractual, Financial, Safety, Liaison with all authorities, QA/QC, Health and Safety, Project closure procedure and Documentation. The CP1 Utility Tunnel is approximately 18km long with cross lateral sections of tunnel to service the Lusail development Marina plots. The tunnel has a separate wet and dry section that supports mainly electrical and fibre optic cabling on the dry and potable water district cooling and irrigation on the wet as well as other services. The tunnel structure itself is supported by 28 fan rooms of between 4 and 12 fans and control systems. These supply the ventilation system to the tunnel use for ventilation heat / atmosphere controlling as well as smoke purging. Within the tunnel and fan rooms there are linear heat detectors and fire reels and extinguishers installed. The emergency systems also include emergency lighting that has battery backup. All access and control of the systems within the tunnel will be overseen by a centrals control room via SCADA. SCADA will be monitoring all CCTV and access control at all entrances and exits of the tunnel and fan rooms.Read More
