iProp Realty Sdn. Bhd. is a real estate firm based in the city of Kuala Lumpur and Petaling Jaya, Malaysia. The firms core business is the provision of services, which cater specifically to the needs of clients in the selling, purchasing and leasing of property. iProp Realty handles all sorts of property types residential, commercial, industrial, l... and and project marketing. The firm is registered with the Board of Valuers, Appraisers and Estate Agents Malaysia, which in turn regulates all valuers, appraisers and estate agents practicing in the country. In December 2004, an alliance formed between eTrens Properties, LMC, RealVest and H&B lead to the eventual formation of iProp Realty.
