The Integrated Personnel and Pay System - Army (IPPS-A) is an online Human Resources system maximizing Soldier talent through integrated personnel and pay data in a single system for all Army Components for the first time ever. IPPS-A will modernize how the Army does business by transforming industrial age personnel systems to 21st century talent and data-driven capabilities. IPPS-A will manage Total Force talent and data to enhance readiness by maximize the potential of the Armys greatest asset, the Soldier. IPPS-A provides three capabilities: Total Force Visibility, Managing Talent and Data, and Auditability. It will improve access, timeliness and accuracy (auditability) of personnel and pay information for the Total Army integrating more than 30 current systems; eliminating more than 300 interfaces; ensuring secure, consistent processes and data; and meeting required standards.Explore more
