Eric primarily practices in the areas of business and partnership litigation (business divorces), probate litigation, commercial litigation and cannabis law. Erics burgeoning expertise in these areas of law has earned him recognition as a Rising Star in Business Litigation by New Jersey Super Lawyers in 2016-2021 [1] and inclusion in the Best Lawyers in America publication in 2018-2021. Eric has also been the recipient of several judicial appointments, including court appointed counsel and guardian ad litem for mentally incapacitated individuals. Eric is admitted to practice before both the federal and state courts of New Jersey and New York. He is also an active member of the Bergen and Passaic County Bar Associations, a member of the New Jersey State Bar Cannabis Law Committee and Litigation Subcommittee, a member of the New Jersey CannaBusiness Association and former Vice President of the New Jersey Chapter of the University of Michigan Alumni Association.
