INTOR, Inc. was founded on February 15, 1994, with the express purpose of providing optical narrow band interference filters on an economical basis without sacrifice of quality. Of equal importance is offering customers assistance in the application of these filters. Last, but not least, INTOR offers service in the good, old fashioned manner: mecha... nical answering and voice mail services are not allowed; you always speak to a real live person who is willing to assist you in any manner possible. The staff at INTOR is composed of highly experienced personnel in the field of narrow band filters with myself, Mr. Scott Botko, our Vice-President, and Mr. Nick Morales, our Production Manager, having over fifty years combined experience in the design and fabrication of our product. This is augmented by a group of bright young engineers and staff who put in many more hours than required learning all elements of the trade. It is a requirement at INTOR that all professional employees spend at least one year on the production floor learning the product from the ground up. Our specialty is the fabrication of optical filters of all bandwidths and configurations, from the visible through the near infrared. Within this range we offer a wide variety of "stock" filters with various bandwidths and signal to noise ratios. These stock filters are available in a wide variety of sizes that will meet most all customer requirements. Due to a highly refined production process, INTOR offers substantial savings to OEM customers requiring quality optical filters on a "just in time" basis. Our in-house machine facilities allow the complete fabrication of such devices as filter wheels and specialized front-end hardware often required in today's technology.
