Prior to completing a students training, the school already provides job placement assistance. Most stud... ents are pre-hired by trucking companies and work towards satisfying their needs. When you complete the program, youll be prepared to work for one of the national companies with which the school maintains close relationships. Academics at the school consist of a 200-hour driver training program. In the program youll learn the essentials of commercial driving, like safe driving techniques, vehicle and equipment inspections, map reading and trip planning. As an over the road driving student, students will travel all 48 continental states, as well as Canada, in all types of terrain and weather to prepare for whatever conditions you may encounter while working. To be considered for enrollment, you must be at least 21 years of age, interview with one of the schools admissions representatives, pass a Department of Transportation physical exam and drug screening test and have a valid drivers license.
