Integrity Home Services is all about family. Hello, I'm Ben Compton, the owner of Integrity Home Services. We are a family owned and operated business. My wife, Danielle, and I do the management. My sister, Naomi, does the office work. My brother-in-law, Del, and I both work in the field. My father-in-law, Scott, does inspections and sales. My fami... ly is a testimony to perseverance, faith, and love. Let me tell you a little bit about them. Eighteen days after my eighteenth birthday I married Danielle Lytle, my high school sweetheart. I have been married to Danielle for fourteen years now. We have three children. Kevin is twelve, Elijah is nine, and our daughter, Shandresha, is eight. My wife's life has been very hard the last few years. She has had three major surgeries and three heart attacks. She has been diagnosed with debilitating Lupus, Fibromyalgia and congestive heart failure. Danielle has been bedridden for the last three years. My sister Naomi has lived with us for over five years now. She gave up a life of her own to help our family. She cooks, cleans, takes care of the kids, answers the phone and does office work for the business. If you call she is usually the one who answers the phone. Before I opened this business I was making decent money in the computer industry supporting software products for Microsoft, Symantec and Xerox. The medical expenses got to a point where I couldn't live on an hourly wage anymore. I figured the only means of providing for my family was to be in business. So I took a huge risk and left my job with it's garanteed hours, paid vacation, paid holidays and worry free atmosphere. This business is the sole means of support my family has.
