Integrity Auto

Integrity Auto ("Integrity") has serviced our 1998 Toyota Corolla since we bought it used in 1995 or 1996. Integrity's service has never been less than good, and is usually outstanding. From routine oil changes to substantive maintenance and repairs, Integrity has performed with honesty and reliability in a courteous and helpful manner. I recommend... their services to others driving Toyotas whenever I get the chance. Among other hallmarks, I can rely on Integrity: To assess and discuss what maintenance or repair services are necessary; To tell me when services can or should be delayed; Not to perform services not requested or warranted; To provide accurate and reasonable estimates up front; To inform me promptly if other services are necessary and not to perform them without additional authorization; and To complete the work within the timeframe discussed. As someone with very little mechanical aptitude or interest, I have a near-pathological dread of being taken by an unscrupulous mechanic out for a fast buck. I have found that Integrity performs its services honestly and charges fairly. Integrity seeks the most reasonable solution, not the most expensive. Of particular importance is Integrity's consistent practice of performing only those services that are necessary or appropriate. I chose a Toyota because of its reputation for reliability. I am pleased to say that I have found the same reliability, along with unmistakable honesty, in Integrity Auto. It would be difficult to find a more aptly named company.
