Mike started in the industry in the early 1980's and has experienced every phase of the business through the years. This includes ownership of his own business as well as an executive sales position with a large door & hardware distributor. Mike also experienced a regional sales position with a top FRP door manufacturer. All of these experiences have positioned IAS to be a top rated, customer service sales organization. Cindy Stefani - Cindy has been involved in the door & hardware industry for many years. Cindy's focus is on admin and support. She has 35+ years of customer service with a background in accounting. Nick Stefani - Nick is the latest sales representative addition to our team. Nick's particular focus is in our HS4 solution. Having a passion for electronics and software makes this a good fit for him. Nick will be working with our end users and distributors on our full range of products as sales and support. Kathy Held - Kathy handles our estimating and quoting which makes her a very integral part of our team.
