Founded in Escondido CA in September 2004, by John and Lisa Osslund. Our team at Integrity 1st Mortgage has been guiding local San Diegans through the biggest purchase of their lives for over 14 years. After 9 years of being in partnership with another mortgage bank, John and Lisa started this company with the concept of there has to be a better wa... y. We see more than just dollars, we see people. Every person that walks through our doors has a story, and by listening to the story we have a better ability to see the big picture. Ultimately this gives us the tools to help people who have been turned away by other lenders achieve their dreams of homeownership. We are a direct lender, which means there is no middle man. We process, underwrite and fund our own loans locally in Escondido. All of our team members work, play and live here in San Diego county, allowing us to truly understand the challenges that some of our fellow entrepreneurs and small business owners face in getting a home loan.
