Denise qualified as a chartered accountant in 1990 in South Africa after completing her articles at Deloitte Touche. Denise has worked in large FMCG companies, large parastatal organisations and listed insurance corporations. In 2000 Denise joined her husband Ian in their consulting business full time as a chartered accountant, offering accounting... and taxation services. In addition to accounting and taxation services, the business sold and supported accounting software solutions to clients and trained client staff in the use of the accounting software and related software packages. The company was one of the leading distributors and support developers of Pastel software. Denise came to Australia in 2002 and after gaining three years working experience in practice, she branched out on her own and Integritax Accountants was formed in 2005. Denise has extensive and diverse experience in accounting , accounting software and taxation matters. Ian qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1990 after completing his articles. He then joined the South African Revenue service for three years gaining extensive taxation experience and became a section manager in that short time. Ian then joined an international shipping company where he became the Chief Financial Director within two years. In 1998 Ian and Denise established their own consulting firm operating in a niche market providing a complete office solution to clients. The firm provided accounting and taxation services, software development and customised software solutions, office solutions, client staff training, computer solutions and office automation solutions. The successful and rapidly expanding business was sold just prior to emigrating to Australia. In Australia Ian established an accounting practice, which is integrated with of Integritax Accountants.
