60 min Karate / Martial Arts class. Classes Tuesday & Thursday (5:15pm - 6:15pm) IMA Karate is a martial arts class for High School students & Adults. We teach the fundamental techniques found in Karate, Boxing and Kickboxing, integrated with fundamental grappling/wrestling associated with combat sports such as Brazilian Jiujitsu (BJJ), Judo and Wr... estling. We include games, personal safety skills and child appropriate self defence and anti-bully strategies. 1 hour Integrated Martial Arts Fundamental Skills class. IMA Core is a mixed martial arts (MMA) approach to teaching functional striking & grappling skills with the goal of developing a holistic martial artist. IMA Core includes a structured syllabus and grading framework. Learn fundamental elements found in common combat systems such as Boxing, Kickboxing, Wrestling, BJJ & Judo.
