Integrated Care Professionals, LLC is based in Little Rock, Arkansas and currently provides services to the Southeast region of the US. ICP was established in 2013 to improve resident outcomes in long term care settings after noticing a gap in the continuum of care and lack of access residents had to a consistent on-site provider. We began as a small company serving a few long term care facilities in Arkansas and Mississippi and have grown to deliver services to over 70 facilities in Arkansas, Mississippi, Tennessee, Louisiana, Texas, Missouri and expanding into Oklahoma.
