Integrated Bodywork

Located within Essence Healing Arts Centre, Integrated Bodywork shares space with three other practitioners in a warm, welcoming massage suite. Your session will be in a private, comfortable treatment room with soothing music. The massage table is softly padded, draped with clean linens and a warm blanket. Being a massage therapist is just a job fo... r some, but for Kathy, the healing arts is a calling. She is dedicated and committed to her clients' health & well being. Kathy began her interest in bodywork as an administrative assistant at a physical therapy clinic. This led her to complete her training as a certified massage therapist in 1991. She continued to work in the treatment team at the physical therapy clinic, specializing in chronic complicated pain cases. Subsequent clinical experience was in a chiropractic office, treating acute and chronic conditions. Her experience and training culminated in the creation of Integrated Bodywork Inc. in 2001. Kathy is a Reiki Master/Teacher, and a White Belt Teacher in the movement practice of Nia. Teaching classes in Nia and Reiki has been a perfect complement to her massage practice.
