Therefore, as the needs of the courts were noted, Integral Guardianship Services, was established for the purpose of providing incapacitated individuals with caring, compassionate and dignified life choices with a minimal abridgement of their individual civil rights. Integral Guardianship Services has a full time infrastructure of Director of Social Work, Director of Nursing and Clinical Services, case managers, and accountants immediately available to provide hands on care, assessment, and complete medical and psycho-social evaluation. We will dedicate ourselves to providing these services in a compassionate and dignified manner.
