Integra Affordable Management, LLC was founded in 2017. Our purpose is to impact communities to leave inspiring footprints within our residents while offering quality services to our clients. Integra specializes in the development, management and repositioning of affordable housing communities across the country. Our staff has managed a wide array... of housing programs from Section 8, 811, 202, 236 and housing cooperatives to LIHTC developments which includes layered sites. We work side by side with clients and government officials to bring to fruition, a net positive change in our communities. From initial phases of acquisition, extensive rehabilitation to asset management and property management, we have it covered. Integras core values include Respect Based Management, within this we lead employees to empowerment of their own values while promoting Integras mission. We also believe in education as a life-long process and strive to excel the standards in staff training programs. At Integra we understand we are only as successful as our employees, they are a key part in our growth. Our company campaigns to improve the quality of life for our residents.
