We beli... eve that Dr Mark Griffin, Insight's Director, is the most active presenter of short courses in statistics having presented over 100 two day and 30 five day workshops across Australia. Mark also delivers a weekly webinar on the business strategy of harnessing the power of analytics within organisations. Mark is further a lecturer in the data science and business strategy for business analytics at the University of Queensland. We are actively involved in research and research student supervision with collaborators at the University of Queensland. Insight also supervises research students in these disciplines. Students who are exploring novel approaches to using analytics in real world settings. We aim to ensure that our students are equipped with the skills to be part of be conversation when it comes to business analytics. Mark and Insight are actively involved as business leaders with a number of professional societies in this space including the International Institute of Business Analysis and the Statistical Society of Australia.
