Founded in 1978 as Village Natural Food, a small natural food store in East Setauket, NY, our mission has always been to help people improve the quality of their own lives by giving them the knowledge and the products they need to help themselves. Whether that meant selling apricots with no preservatives on them, or teaching someone about the true... correlation between calories and weight loss, we have always worked hard to give our customers the knowledge they need to make an informed decision regarding their own health and wellness. In 1998, after nearly 20 years as a "Health Food Store", Village Natural Food made a strategic decision to change the name and the focus of our business. Realizing that we could compete with the "Big Box" Whole stores, we decided to capitalize on the attributes that cannot be duplicated easily: supplement product knowledge and a true concern for the people we are helping. In 2009, we changed our name once more becoming Innovative Nutrition. Innovative Nutrition is dedicated to bringing health-conscious consumers the very finest naturopathic supplements available in the world today.
