Established in 1969. In operation for more than 30 years, Innovative Industries is a nonprofit, educational charity organization that offers a range of rehabilitative services. It provides a variety of job training services and work opportunities for individuals with mental and physical disabilities. Innovative Industries administers a sheltered wo... rkshop program that is licensed by the Missouri State Department of Elementary & Secondary Education. The organization also offers a range of assembling and packaging services. Innovative Industries is a member of the Missouri Association of Sheltered Workshop Managers and the Carthage Chamber of Commerce. Innovative Industries Inc. is a Extended Employment Sheltered Workshop, whose mission is to employ mentally and physically disabled adults. We offer a wide variety of services for our customers. We have a Secure Document Destruction business called Infoguard Professionals. We operate a detail shop where we detail cars daily. We also provide janitorial services. We also perform many assembly type activities for area companies, wiring harnesses, component packaging, assemble parts into a finished product that is dropped shipped around the country. We also repackage and form boxes for local companies. We have a recycling services that takes in cardboard, paper, plastic and aluminum. We also provide labor for local manufactures that operates much like a temporary worker pool for them. Innovative Industries finds many creative ways to employ people with disabilities.
