During the course of her experiences, Rina advises clients on a broad variety of corporate, commercial, banking and real estate matters. In Banking transactions, she has advised clients on the procedures and documents required to establish bank representative offices and bank branches in Cambodia, and to obtain licenses from the National Bank of Cambodia. She is also experienced in advising banks with regard to loan documentation and other banking-related matters. In Real estate, she also advises clients on matters such as licensing and permits for construction and real estate development projects; drafting and reviewing agreements for land purchases, land leases, mortgages and hypothecs; and performing due diligence on land. In addition to her banking and real estate works, Rina regularly advises clients on general corporate and commercial matters. Rina is well equipped to understand cross-cultural issues and is comfortable working with clients from various backgrounds. Rina obtains her Master Degree in Corporate Activities Law from Université Lumire Lyon 2, and a Post-graduate Degree in Real Estate Law from Université Jean Moulin Lyon 3.
